Brian Magruder
A Las Vegas native who is passionate about the community he has called home for more than 40 years, Brian Magruder founded Rochelle Private Equity (RPE) with one goal in mind: giving back.
A graduate of both Valley High School and UNLV, Magruder knows the potential his home city possesses and what it will take for it to reach new heights in the coming years. He also knew that he couldn’t take this journey alone, thus commissioning some of his childhood friends, all Las Vegas natives like him, to join him in his philanthropic efforts. Even his company’s name, Rochelle Private Equity, pays homage to the street surrounding the neighborhoods of their youth.
Magruder’s service to the community began in 2021 after several savvy business decisions garnered him financial freedom he desired. It forced him to reassess his priorities and channel his energy back to the community that he calls home.
In just a short amount of time, RPE has already been a driving force behind many successful local fundraising initiatives, with the goal to expand its efforts in the years to come.

The Firm invests in property acquisitions, philanthropy and renewable resources projects. The Firm pursues only long-term financial opportunities, with measured moves into resilient properties and businesses, seeking solid returns, enhanced communities and economic growth that benefits everyone. The firm is privately funded and held, and does not seek investment from any outside investors for any of its acquisitions and investments.

The theme is fine. It is customizable and its demos are great. The education plugin also works fine. But, although I like it so much, I want to point out a few shortcomings. Theme is appropriate, I agree.
